Crystal Design System
A unified design system built to bring consistency, scalability, and collaboration across ApplyBoard’s product and web ecosystem.
With rapid product growth, multiple teams, and both product and marketing surfaces in play, we faced significant UI fragmentation, duplicated effort, and inconsistencies. Crystal was initiated to build a shared UI language — a re-usable component library and design guidelines — to improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across teams.
ApplyBoost 2.0
The overarching goal of ApplyBoost product versioning is to strategically plan and implement new features that enhance the experience for both students and Recruitment Partners (RPs). By reusing and optimizing existing capabilities, we aim to deliver improvements that make the program scalable and sustainable while also adding value to critical user journeys.
